I LOVE this quote! I made my own buttermilk, at least I think it worked, last week. We're also transitioning to less cereal and more oatmeal. I haven't improved my food storage yet (hard to find the motivation with only one year left here!), but you are motivating some changes in our house :)
Absolutely LOVE this idea! It is my main motivation for preparing.
